Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the label or box — your privacy is completely protected.
Currently, KamaHut ships within India only. We deliver to all states and union territories across the country. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us at 9417940007 with your order ID and reason. Payment
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and direct bank transfer. A minimum advance payment of 15% is required at the time of placing your order. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel or change your order, WhatsApp us immediately at 9417940007 with your order ID.
