Return & Exchange Policy

Important: Kamahut.in follows a strict No Refund Policy. We collect only a 15% advance for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only if: You received a wrong item or the product is damaged or defective.

How to request an exchange:
Email drkapoor101@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a clear unboxing video or photos. After approval, the product must be returned (return shipping paid by customer). A replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Exchange is not allowed if: The product is opened, used, hygiene seal is broken, wrong size or color selected, change of mind, missing tags or seals, or the item is tampered with.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only. No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours or once the order is dispatched.

COD Orders: The 15% advance paid for COD orders is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No refunds will be provided for: COD advance payments, prepaid orders, cancellations, post-dispatch cancellations, shipping charges, opened or used products, or ineligible exchange cases.

Important Notes

An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong-item claims. Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
